Use common sense when determining how effects that are neither attacks nor spells interact with total cover. For example, the Aura of Protection of a paladin might affect an ally stuck inside a solid forcecage, but a red dragon cannot breathe fire through a wall. (DM Guidance)
Some creatures have a grapple as part of their attacks/abilities. This grapple condition is the same as making a contested grapple check.
Example: A player wildshapes into a Giant Constrictor Snake, and uses the Constrict attack to hit an opponent. That opponent is grappled as per the Constrict attacks text. The player is knocked out of the Giant Constrictor Form. The player is still grappling the opponent hit by the Constrict as long as:
The opponent is within 5 feet of the player when they are knocked out of wildshape.
Grappling a creature using the attack replacement depicted in the PHB has a size category limit. Abilities like the Giant Constrictors Snake Constrict, which do not designate a size category limit can grapple any size creature. This grapple remains even if you revert back to your normal form.
This applies also to a creature whose form is changed (Examples Polymorph, Wildshape, Shapechange, or Wildshapes). As long as the two conditions listed above are still met, they are still grappled.
Being underwater does not prevent the three spellcasting components from being performed (V, S, M).
If a creature can breathe underwater, they may perform V components without risk of drowning. A creature without the ability to breathe underwater begins to drown once they speak underwater.
While drowning/suffocating, you have 1 + Con Modifier rounds without air before you die.
Creatures with the ability to breathe underwater can speak freely, and can use V components of spells without immediately drowning.
It's one of whatever type the fighter now has; also upgrades with the fighter's other ones.
You can. The mirror image of the spell changes the target of the attack to one of your images, which is a target other than you. If the attacker is within 5 feet of you, you can then use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against the attacking creature.
I.e. alchemical compendium, creation spell or Mordenkainen's Magnificent Mansion?

“Entering such an area of effect needn’t be voluntary, unless a spell says otherwise. You can, therefore, hurl a creature into the area with a spell like thunderwave. We consider that clever play, not an imbalance, so hurl away! Keep in mind, however, that a creature is subjected to such an area of effect only the first time it enters the area on a turn. You can’t move a creature in and out of it to damage it over and over again on the same turn.”
Although they were manufactured, warforged are living humanoids. Resting, healing magic, and the Medicine skill all provide the same benefits to warforged that they do to other humanoids.

The tier one character may only travel for free to the location 1 hour before the quest starts, and must undo said travel if they do not participate into the quest.
Companions can attune to items they could feasibly use. This attunement counts against the maximum amount of items you can attune to.
Changelings are shapeshifters. This means they are immune to polymorph and have disadvantage on Moonbeam saving throws, among other things.
When attempting to animate a "pile of bones" the DM will be the one to decide if the pile is enough to form a skeleton out of or if it has the appropriate parts to do so, and proceed accordingly. But in regards to the "corpse of a Medium or Small humanoid within range," the spell will not effect slain zombies or other undead creatures as they are/were undead creatures and not humanoids.
The Necromancer can apply their resistance to Life Transference should they please, or take the full damage. The amount healed is based off of the actual damage taken by the caster. This ruling is due to the wizard's mastery of necromancy.
Blood Hunter's who engage in two weapon fighting will be allowed to apply their rites to both weapons as one bonus action. When doing so they must roll their hemocraft dice twice for their health reduction.
No.
Scrolls will use the caster's permanent features, and the scriber's stats to determine to hit bonus and save DC. Scrolls made by NPCs (or the shop) use the default values unless otherwise specified.
Bare minimum amount of body for Resurrection is either a head with an intact brain or half a torso with an intact heart. Reincarnation requires any part of the person, this can include smaller parts like toes, fingers, or chunks of skin.
If the target comes back to life, Resurrection or Reincarnation obliterates any of target's body parts that are not attached to the resurrected body.
Each use of poison can be applied to 3 pieces of ammunition, this works for all types of poisons.

The purchaser can either roll themselves under supervision from Data Management or have Data Management make a roll for them.
The oversized longbow is to be treated like a longbow for all intents and purposes. For example, this means it works with things like bracers of archery or arcane shots. The cost for the item is 55gp.
This unique weapon can be used only by a Medium or larger creature that has a Strength of 18 or higher. The bow shoots oversized arrows that deal piercing damage equal to 2d6 + the wielder's Strength modifier. The to hit modifier uses the players Dexterity.
This is the same version as in Waterdeep: Dragon Heist.
Sneak attacks can be used on reactions so long as the conditions are met because “Sneak Attack can occur once per turn, so it can potentially occur more than once in a round.”
Both dice are rerolled when utilizing the Chronurgy Wizard's Chronal Shift feature on a roll involving advantage or disadvantage.
When making a check such as an Arcana check to learn from a scroll, an INT check for lore points, etc. you cannot use a luck point to reroll your roll.
All items that require an eberron mark to utilize their full abilities do not require a mark to do so.
Adamantine armor and Mythril armor are considered nonmagical for spells.
